Our Staff is the most experienced team of sales, design and installation professionals available in the Monterey Bay Area, and all our installers are licensed, insured and bonded contractors, tested and certified by the National Fireplace Institute. We do not use piece-work or day labor for any phase of any project, ever. We're Diamond Certified!
In a survey of our customers' satisfaction, Santa Cruz Stoves & Fireplaces has been ranked "highest in quality" and received the Diamond Certified award from the American Ratings Corporation. Most companies cannot achieve Diamond Certification because of the rigorous customer satisfaction standards required. Furthermore, once Diamond Certification is won, we will be subject to ongoing surveys to maintain our hard-earned status.
